Working professionals often face mental health challenges as they struggle to balance their work and personal lives, leading to stress and frustration
• To build the world's largest mind fitness platform for working professionals
• To create a world where everyone leads a conscious life.
Chronic Anxiety - Working professionals experience anxiety as a daily baseline, not an occasional spike. Constant deadlines, performance pressure, and always-on communication keep them in a persistent stress state that silently erodes focus and decision-making.
Cognitive Overload - Back-to-back meetings and non-stop context-switching fragment attention and drain mental energy. The real problem isn't a packed calendar — it's that employees have no structured way to recover their mental capacity mid-day.
Burnout Leading to Unplanned Leaves - When the mind hits its limit, employees disconnect by taking leaves. This isn't disengagement — it's the only recovery tool available to them. Organizations lose productivity while missing the root cause entirely.
Overthinking & Inability to Switch Off - Stress doesn't end when work does. Employees carry rumination into their evenings — replaying conversations, pre-worrying tomorrow's agenda, and disrupting sleep. This cycle compounds mental exhaustion day after day.
Our target audience is the working population of age group 24-60
We started BackWithBrain as a simple 7-day bootcamp named From Chaos to Clarity (FCTC). The bootcamp was free but required users to attend live at 7 AM in the morning for 7 days.
Observations
Participants wanted to continue meditation even after the bootcamp ended.
Users consistently attended the 7-day program despite the early morning schedule.
Workload and busy schedules made it difficult to maintain the habit independently.
Users wanted a space to meditate, share experiences, and stay accountable together.
Participants showed interest in advanced content and deeper mindfulness practices.
Daily Detox offers 15-min daily live meditations happening in multiple slots throughout the day
A curated sleep journey offered through a mobile app to help people sleep faster
Mood check-ins and insights into the mood-change pattern happening over time
A place offered through the mobile app where you can write daily gratitude to improve your mind fitness.
A series of recorded home workouts offered through the mobile app to help people move to be physically fit.
A daily quote is shown in the app to help you improve your mind fitness.
